Andrew Lynch is a lecturer in cinema and screen studies in the department of Media and Communication.
His current research examines the diverse approaches of niche streaming services. He is also a founding member of the Streaming Industries and Genre Network (SIGN). Andrew’s work has appeared in several edited anthologies and leading refereed journals including Quarterly Review of Film and Video, Senses of Cinema and Adaptation.
He is the author of Quality Telefantasy: How US Quality TV Brought Zombies, Dragons and Androids into the Mainstream, published by Routledge in 2022.
